About C.A.C.R.

The Connecticut Association of Collegiate Registrars was founded in 1978 and is a professional association open to registrars and registrars’ office staff in any accredited college, university, or other post-secondary institution in Connecticut.  The purpose of the association, as noted in the bylaws, shall be to “promote and enhance professional growth and development among its members and to facilitate the free exchange of professional information among its members.”   

The Executive Board of C.A.C.R. works throughout the year to create the Annual Conference, which offers members a day of informative sessions on topics ranging from professional responsibilities in our field to management issues, policy and regulation changes affecting our field as well as emerging technologies.
