We have opened registration for the 2024-2025 year! The annual membership fee is $50 for a small institution (0-3K) registration, $100 for a medium institution (3-10K) registration, $200 for a large institution (10-25K) registration and $300 for an extra large institution (25K+) registration.

Incentives for Membership:

·         Reduced registration costs for fall and spring meeting attendees.

·         Eligibility for students from your institution to apply for the annual $500 scholarship (one-time, non-renewable).

·         Phenomenal opportunities for networking! 

Current Members

A list of the current members of the Connecticut Association of Collegiate Registrars can be found on the right. Membership in C.A.C.R. is open to any community college, private 2-year college, external degree program colleges, and all 4-year colleges and universities licensed by the State of Connecticut.  Representation is through and by officers of the administration who carry out functions normally charged to collegiate registrars.  All officers of the college engaged in fulfilling these responsibilities are eligible to represent institutional members.

An annual conference for registrars and registrar office staff

The annual spring conference is held during the month of June.  The conference includes professional presentations, guest speakers and panels on current topics and trends to keep our organization abreast and at the forefront of the changing world of the registrar as well as an opportunity to meet and exchange information with colleagues.
