C.A.C.R. is currently conducting its annual membership drive. The membership voted at our Spring 2023 annual business meeting to amend the membership fee structure. Membership fees are assessed based on the student enrollment at your institution. This fee allows for an unlimited number of individuals to be registered in connection with your institution.
Along with this form, you must submit payment. Payment can be made by check, or credit card. Please make checks payable to C.A.C.R. and mail them to the address below. In order to make a payment by credit card, please contact our Treasurer, Amy Luby below. The Association’s Federal Employee Identification No. (FEIN) is 06-1008143.
Please submit the form and make payment by Friday, January 15th, 2025. To pay by credit card, please contact Amy Luby either by phone or e-mail.
Please note that C.A.C.R. can provide you with invoices that are payable electronically through Square. We are able to provide you with receipts through the Square system, as well.

At the conclusion of the membership drive, a member directory will be sent via email to all registered members and posted to the C.A.C.R. website.
