CACR Spring 2018 Conference

CACR held our Spring 2018 Conference at Quinnipiac University on Friday, June 29, 2018. The day began with breakfast, and ice breaker, and a presentation from guest vendor College Scheduler.

Following the presentation, attendees separated into breakout sessions. These included: "Supporting Undocumented Students" with CT Students for a Dream Youth Leaders, "SEAtS Attendance Software" with Jim Tully of SEAtS, and "Title IX" with Debbi Colucci (Wesleyan). 

After a break for lunch, afternoon guest speaker Mark Ojakian gave a presentation on the current climate in higher education, as well as his Students First initiative. 

Finally, Brad Bopp, a Quinnipiac Public Safety Training Officer, did a presentation of "Active Shooter Response on College Campuses.
